We want you to love your turf and our products. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for both products purchased from our shop and services we perform.
Products
You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Opened or partially used cleaning solution cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, unless it arrived defective or damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Services & our satisfaction guarantee
Cleaning services are custom work performed at your property and are generally non-refundable once completed. However, your satisfaction matters to us: if you’re not happy with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll return to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge.
Deposits for booked services are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. See our Terms & Conditions for full cancellation details.
