These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://squeakycleanturf.com and the services and products provided by Squeaky Clean Turf (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Services & estimates
We provide artificial-turf cleaning, deodorizing, and sanitizing services in the Greater Phoenix area. Quotes and online estimates are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may be adjusted based on yard size, condition, pet activity, and accessibility observed on-site.
Service minimum
Service visits start at $275 for our standard deep clean (Khloe) and $325 for our premium treatment (Karl), regardless of yard size.
Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling
- You may reschedule or cancel a service appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or lockouts that prevent us from accessing the property at the scheduled time, may be subject to a fee.
- Please ensure the service area is accessible and that pets are secured during the visit.
Memberships & recurring plans
Squeaky Clean Memberships and recurring service plans require a 12-month commitment unless otherwise stated. The first cleaning is billed up front and remaining visits are billed monthly. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the plan terms. You may cancel a recurring plan after the commitment period by contacting us at [email protected].
Products & orders
Product prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed in error. Returns and refunds for products are governed by our Refund Policy, and delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Payment
Payment is due as described at the time of booking or checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the services and products you order, including recurring charges for membership plans.
Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right, which may include re-treating the affected area.
Limitation of liability
Our services are performed with reasonable care, but artificial turf, infill, and surrounding surfaces vary in age, material, and condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squeaky Clean Turf is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and the “Squeaky Clean™” name and formula branding—is owned by Squeaky Clean Turf and may not be copied or used without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
