Why we built our own formula
When we started cleaning turf around the Valley, nothing on the market did everything we needed. Bleach-based products discolored fibers and weren’t safe to leave behind in pet yards. Fragranced “deodorizers” just masked the smell for a day or two. So we developed a formula around hydrogen Squeaky Clean™ formula — a chemistry that destroys odor-causing residue on contact and then breaks down into nothing but water and oxygen. It’s strong enough for a neglected multi-dog yard and gentle enough to use around kids, pets and garden beds.
Pro-applied or DIY between visits
On the job, our techs apply it as the finishing step of every deep clean and odor treatment. At home, you can use the retail version to spot-treat accidents and high-traffic zones between professional visits. It’s the same formula either way — the difference is the commercial extraction equipment we pair it with on a full service.
